Under-9 West Norfolk rugby star Riley Sloan has been tipped for a bright future after being recognised for his efforts on the pitch this season.
Sloan received a bespoke handmade trophy from team sponsors Caithness Crystal after running in a magnificent 23 tries this season.
Head coach Dave Clarke said: “Riley’s feat was an amazing one by any standard of rugby.
“He is tipped to be one of the best players for the future and one to watch in the years to come.”
Mark Sander, from sponsors Caithness Crystal, said: “It is great to be able to help the young talent in the Lynn area and we are looking forward to supporting Riley’s rugby career in the future as he is a real star.”
Other under-9 awards this year went to: Harry Challen (players’ player), Jonah Rimmer (most improved player), Freddie Turner (coaches player), while a special transitional award went to Ned MacEwan.
