In the KLTTA Premier Division, Runcton Holme A’s Tim Hines, Jerry Irving and Ben Avery drew 5-5 with Avengers who had Don Dixon, Richard Mussett and Phil Brown playing.

Runcton are pulling away from the bottom of the league and have a chance of escaping the bottom two places.

St James (Owen Turner, Howard Lupton and Chris Gay) beat Pegg Scaffolding 6-4 (Wayne Mason, Peter Pegg and Jon Reavell). Heacham, who had James and Mollie Patterson playing along with Vaughan Parker, beat the Walton Highway ‘B’ side of Craig Pack, Paul Reed and Graham Sheppard 8-2.

Walton Highway ‘A’, who had Brett Heppenstall, Peter Munch and Alan Ashberry playing, beat the Nets and Edges side of Ross Brown, Steve Goodale and Alan Jones 8-2.

In the first division Spin Doctors’ Roger Chilvers, Peter McDonagh and Les Brockhurst drew 5-5 with the Heacham ‘B’ side of Aaron Howell, Alex Bragg and David Howell. Ambit Projects (Jeff Chung, Chris Ely and Graham Rogerson) beat the Runcton Holme ‘B’ side of David Lane, Carol Parker and Alan Fuller 10-0.

Paul’s Driving School’s side of Robert Penny, Paul Barrett and Ashley Starling beat Greenfingers who fielded Gordon Penny, John Carney and Mike Cooper 7-3. Runcton Holme’s side of Mel Jupp, Graham Warren and Steve Bailey beat the Swaffham Terriers side of Peter Fysh, Keith Richardson and Peter Nunn 7-3.

Champions elect Wasps (Steve Mason, Liam Irlam and Callum Brown) beat Sedgeford 10-0 (David Woolley, Mike Witley and Anton Ely).
