More than 100 at am-am
THE summer season of special events at Swaffham Golf Club began with the ladies section hosting their annual AM-AM.
As ever, it proved popular and oversubscribed, with 112 ladies from clubs all over Norfolk and a number of visitors from out-of-county clubs joining together for a day of competitive golf.
Julie Proctor, ladies captain at Swaffham, congratulated the ladies on a good day’s golf and presented the prizes, together with Beryl Hatton, the ladies president.
The rain held off until after play and all had an enjoyable day.
