THE biggest banger team event of the year comes to the Norfolk Arena on Sunday at 12pm, when the annual Unlimited Banger Icebreaker is staged.

This meeting has been fullybooked for months with a large reserve list and with well over 160 unlimited bangers booked to race, it promises to live up to it’s reputation of being the meeting of the year.

Shane Davies and his condom outfit race in their first Icebreaker since 1998 and their on going rivalry with Team Black is expected to be one of the highlights of the afternoon.

Also expected to be heavily involved in the action are the local based Predators Team. Bouyed on by just being voted the team-of-the-year by drivers, a big showing is expected from them.

Local drivers who will be in action for the team include Luke Allen, Ricky Twell, Tom and Jay Chilton, Ady Gibbs and Ady Groome.

Other local drivers in action include Ashley Bell, who will be racing for Candyfloss.
