Jake ‘The Snake’ ready to rumble

RAF Marham guard Pt Jake ‘The Snake’ Dyer will be among the line up for one of the region’s biggest-ever professional boxing championships.
These championships are being held next month.
The 26-year-old fighting Fenman will be one of the region’s top professional fighters doing battle at Exec Peterborough, which is at the East of England Showground, on March 9.
The main aim for this night is to raise money for the RAF Benevolent Fund.
Jake, spent seven years in the Army and served in Iraq and Afghanistan.
He will be fighting in front of an estimated 2,000 strong crowd.
The championship headlined boxing tournament is being organised by well-known boxing promoter Robert Waterman and backed by businessman and former Lynn News reporter Rob Barrowman.
Barrowman said: “We are excited to have Norfolk fighter Jake Dyer on the bill.”
The event is fully licensed by the British Board of Boxing Control.
Ticket prices range from £30 for unreserved seats to £50 for ringside seats and £75 for diners.
