Sport - Boxing: Dell’s the Mann to televise show

AFTER a meeting between Fightnightlive-TV director Dell Mann, Ferry Street ABA boxing trainer Mel Payne and Fight Academy Kickboxing instructor Taz Taylor, all future Ferry Street shows will be filmed by the Lynn-based TV company.

Ferry Street Gym, in Lynn, will be hosting a boxing and kickboxing show at the Dukes Head Hotel, on Saturday, April 7.

The show will be screened by Fightnightlive-TV and fight fans will be able to watch it live on their television channel at www.livestream.com/cobraacademy

They will also be filming the event for DVD in full HD.

Ferry Street youngster Joe Manning, 12, will be in National Schoolboy Championship action at Billericay tonight.

The Eastern Counties champion (42 kilos) will take on Southern Counties winner Harry Cracknell, from Woking, for the right to progress to the quarter-finals, where the winner will meet the Western Counties champion.
