Tonight, the King’s Lynn Roger Warnes Transport Stars and the Poole Pirates will make a fourth attempt to complete the Elite League Play-off semi-final second leg.

A poor track and two rained off meetings has resulted in 16 days passing since the first leg at the Norfolk Arena took place with the Pirates winning 45-44.

Lynn will need to take at least a two point victory to secure their place in their first Elite League Playoff Grand Final against Coventry, who secured their place with an aggregate victory over Swindon over two weeks ago.

Rob Lyon’s men go into the fixture at Wimborne Road missing three riders. Chris Harris and Jason Garrity take the place of injured duo Niels-Kristian Iversen and Lewis Kerr respectively, while Stuart Robson comes into the side as replacement of Nicklas Porsing who rides in Poland tonight.

Poole have made one changed from their declared Wednesday’s lineup. Vaclav Milik rides in the Czech Championship tonight so his place is taken by Team GB’s Danny King.

Pirates: 1 Troy Batchelor (G), 2 Edward Kennett (G), 3 Przemyslaw Pawlicki, 4 Danny King (G), 5 Maciej Janowski, 6 Brendan Johnson (G), 7 Kyle Newman.

Stars: 1 Kenneth Bjerre, 2 Robert Lambert, 3 Chris Harris (G), 4 Stuart Robson (G), 5 Rory Schlein, 6 Jason Garrity (G), 7 Simon Lambert.
