Lynn Stars rider Ward, just turned 17, is confirming his status as one of the sport's hottest prospects by shooting to second in the Premier League overall averages.
His 15-point maximum on Wednesday helped Lynn Stars in their KO Cup quarter-final against Berwick (report – see page 110).
This was just one of the Aussie's exploits during the past month, adding to his reputation as the Premier League's most exciting rider.
