Roger Farmer stood down as chairman due to work commitments. Mr Underhill proposed Mr S. Waterston to take his place, Mr Farmer seconded.
The council thanked Mr Farmer for his dedication and commitment during his years in office.

Mr Farmer proposed Mrs Cathy O'Brien as vice-chairman, Janice Lunan seconded.

Copies of the accounts were read and approved.

Mrs C. Hurley is to audit the accounts.
