Pupils at Southery Primary School have been kitted out with a smart new football and netball strip, thanks to generous sponsors.
Children on the schoool council held a meeting to decide what new equipment they would like, and the main suggestion was new netball and football kits.
Cath Robson, school governor, said: “Their kits had not been renewed for a good many years. The council wrote off to companies to ask for sponsorship and had a positive outcome.
“The children of Southery School are very proud of their new kits and would like to thank both sponsors very much for their kindness and support of the school.”
Village charity, Swish (Southery’s Wish) sponsored the netball kits and the football kits were paid for by Niagri Engineering, of Brandon.
Samuel Jacks T-shirt shop in Lynn printed the T-shirts.
