Westacre Theatre is hosting drama workshops for youngsters to indulge their wildest fantasies of becoming pirates and princesses, cowboys or witches and much more this half-term.
Dramatic children aged from six to 11 can take part in two workshops where they will have the chance to explore characters, stories and plays full of dragons, policemen, man-eating lions, kings and queens, goblins, fairy-godmothers, zombies and firemen among many others.
It is the perfect opportunity for siblings, friends and relations of different ages to enjoy dressing up and creating stories and plays using their favourite characters at the same time.
Westacre Theatre are running two drama workshops during half-term that cater for dramatic young people aged 6-8 and 9-11 years old.
The first workshop – Beginners Please!, which is aimed at younsters aged six to eight years, has already sold out. But there are still places available for the DramaLive! workshop which is aimed at children aged nine to 11.
Both workshops take place over Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, February 17-19, running from 10am to 3pm, and cost £50 for the three days.
These three-day workshops are the perfect way for children to get introduced to the world of drama, make new friends and learn new skills at the same time.
