Mundford will spring into life tomorrow for a day of great local and international music when Home Festival returns for a second year of fundraising for a good cause.

This year’s event brings with it not one, but two music stages, that are set to be packed with the finest talents alongside workshops, arts and crafts, plus food, drink and more.

Founder and organiser Helen Shepherd promises far more than your usual charity fundraiser, and the Home Festival team are excited to bring this great event to Norfolk once again.

The line-up for this year is looking wild, with two headlining bands, Goldstar and The Thinking Men, set to perform alongside several other great acts.

Music-lovers can catch performances from the likes of three-piece indie funk-rock band, Chasing Creation, who performed at Bridge Farm Festival in Diss last weekend. Plus Treasure Season, Vanilla Fuzz, Chris Pidgeon, Matt Selfe, Indebtors and John McKay among many others.

Home Festival will also have MAP, Wild4, Kate Anderson Photography, Paint Pots and lots more holding workshops for this year’s event.

Taking place from 11am-11pm tomorrow, the festival was inspired by founder Helen’s chance meeting with a homeless man back in 2012 which fuelled
her passion for helping charities.

Inspired to make a change, Helen organised Home Festival in aid of St Martin’s Housing Trust, which is based in Norwich, and supplies food, shelter and accommodation to homeless people across the whole of Norfolk.

Last year’s inaugural event saw Home Festival come alive in the village of Mundford, thanks to local support from supporters and businesses. Now in the second year, organisers are proud to be coming back bigger and better than before.

Advance tickets are available to buy now from the website, www.homefestival.co.uk, and in various Mundford retailers.
