The Fourville Players are back with a comedy whodunnit to keep audiences guessing this April when they perform at Grimston village hall once more.

A Fete Worse Than Death takes place at the annual village fete in the village of Thornton, where there is trouble afoot.

Newly-elected chairman Malcolm is found murdered in the county produce tent and it’s up to the visiting celebrity to work out which of Thornton’s villagers may have committed the crime.

The show has been produced by Jan Willson and will be showing from Thursday, April 3, to Saturday, April 5, with performances starting nightly at 7.30pm.

Tickets cost £5 for adults and £4 for concessions, they are available on the door or from Emma on 01485 609036.
