The autumn programme for Lynn’s Corn Exchange is now out and the venue has a fantastic collection of comedy, music, drama and dance acts lined up to get your tastebuds tingling.
Nina McKenna, head of programming and marketing at Alive Leisure, said: “We are really looking forward to another successful season at Lynn Corn Exchange.
“As always we have some fantastic comedy including Dawn French, Ruby Wax and Omid Djalili.”
The packed stand-up comedy season starts with three sold out shows from Dawn French, Alan Davies and Stand Up & Rock featuring Jasper Carrott and The Bev Bevan Band. Chris Ramsey makes his debut at the Corn Exchange, followed by Ruby Wax with Sane New World and Omid Djalili with Iranalamadingdong. The last few tickets are available for the popular king of improvisational comedy, Ross Noble on November 8.
Nina added: “Music fans are also in for a treat with an eclectic mix from Jane McDonald to Vampires Rock! We are also trying out a couple of standing concerts with UB40 and Shane Filan so let us know what you think.”
The Beautiful South legacy continues with The South starring Dave Hemmingway and Alison Wheeler, more music comes from Chas & Dave with On The Road, Jane McDonald, Blake, X Factor runner up Ray Quinn, Charlie Landsborough and more.
Nina said: “There is also Champions of Magic, An Evening of Burlesque and, of course, we are all excited to see Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs – this year’s fabulous pantomime.

The highlight of the new autumn season at Lynn’s Corn Exchange is the traditional fun-filled family pantomime Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, showing between December 5-31. Starring Sue Holderness, of Only Fools and Horses, as The Wicked Queen and returning for his fifth year by popular demand Ian Marr as Dame Dotty. Once again the cast promise a night of live music and rip-roaring adventure in true panto style.
More highlights include an award-winning Ellen Kent Production of the heart-breaking Puccini Madama Butterfly and a brand new show featuring a team of tricksters, swindlers and cheats for a spectacular night of mystery in Champions Of Magic.
Theatre’s funniest parodists return with Ha Ha Hood! this time starring Su Pollard and Cannon & Ball and Stones In His Pockets is a comedy brought to life by two highly talented actors who play 15 characters between them!
