Dersingham artists have been busy producing new work for their fourth Christmas Art Trail, taking place this weekend from 10am to 4pm.
Seven studios will exhibit work by ten artists, including three new members of the group, and all are invited to visit the studios, tomorrow and Sunday, to meet the artists and have a look at their latest work.
There is no pressure to buy anything, but original work, prints and greetings cards will all be on sale, perhaps resolving a tricky Christmas present problem. There may even be a kettle on for a cuppa!
New members Ben Mullarkey and Lois Williams specialise in paintings, while Valerie Anckorn offers paintings and candles.
Regular “Trail” members Marty Griffin, Jill Ilett, Stephen Martyn, Michael Smith and Liz Stockley produce a wide variety of watercolours, oils and acrylics; June Mullarkey exhibits her exceptional pottery and Jo Halpin Jones can show you her latest photography and examples of her photograph restoration service for damaged images.
Maps of studio locations are available from Dersingham Pottery at 48 Chapel Road, PE31 6PN, and from other places around the village. Or you can visit the website DersinghamArtTrail.org for more information on all the artists.
