Tickets are now on sale for the panto Aladdin and his Wonderful Lamp, which will hit the stage at Fakenham Community Centre from Tuesday to Saturday, December 2-6.

Fakenham and District Light Operatic Society will be performing a traditional pantomime with a storyline that will take audiences through good times and bad. Tickets are available from the RSPCA shop in Fakenham.

FADLOS Kidz have been experiencing some highs and lows after last month being awarded the Bernard Matthews Youth award for Arts, winning £1,000 towards their next production.

The team said: “It was a proud moment for us all. The team behind Fadlos Kidz work incredibly hard as volunteers and to have an award and recognition is just wonderful.”

Earlier this month, FADLOS Kidz started to advertise the audition workshop for their next production, The Phantom of the Opera, but the show has now had to be postponed until 2016. The audition workshop on November 23rd has been cancelled.

Grease is still happening, and an audition workshop was held last weekend. There is also now a fundraising jumble sale on Sunday, November 23, from 11am to 1pm.

Publicity officer Roy Ferris said: “Come along and support our pantomime, rummage for a bargain at the jumble sale.”
