Watlington Sports and Social Club is hosting Heat 5 of Twisted Melon’s Battle of The Bands on Easter Sunday – and it looks to be a cracker of a gig.
Triston Finnis of Twisted Melon Promotions said: “We’re almost at the half-way point with some amazing acts already through to the semi-finals.
“Phoebe and Jay, Chasin Vegas, Kat Brittain, Event Horizon, Sacred Nations and Chest Of Pogs have already earned KL.FM Radio air play and continue on the road to Festival Too.
“Five new acts from Norwich, Peterborough, Swaffham and King’s Lynn will perform 30-minute sets to our judging panel with one progressing to the semis.
“In store is another diverse set of musicians giving us an evening of indie, rock, pop, acoustic, funk and reggae.
“The event is free entry and is family-friendly. It all kicks off at 7pm and with a 10-minute and under £3 return train journey from Lynn or Downham, there no excuse to not make a day of it.”
