Have your say

I’ve lived in Lynn for the best part of 13 years, and in all that time I’ve never ventured out to anywhere other than the Americanised eateries.

My daughter recommended Prezzo as a good place to eat, and as it has been there a long time, it figures that it must be popular.

It’s not an overly upmarket restaurant, but I wouldn’t call it a “jeans and T-shirt” kind of place, more of a “smart casual” eatery.

As it’s not fine dining, you don’t have to pay a premium price tag. The food isn’t cheap, but it’s certainly reasonable. A three-course meal and a couple of drinks would average around £25 a head.

The service on the whole was good, and the staff were attentive. The only complaint possible was having to ask where our round of drinks had got to, as our second drinks order was taken about 20 minutes previously after we’d finished the starter. It was very busy though, so that small niggle can be forgiven.

The food though was excellent. If you’ve never had authentic Italian pasta or pizza, then you owe it to yourself to try it. Our party of three ordered different items for each course, and all arrived exactly the same time, every time, and cooked to perfection. The food was flavourful and tasted delicious. In fact I don’t think we could fault it at all.
