This Friday evening at Lynn Workers Club, Twisted Melon Promotions brings two huge touring acts to the town supported by some amazing local talent.

Headliners Wonk Unit make their first ever appearance in Lynn, fresh from touring with Slaves, while Youth Killed It make their first Lynn appearance since their days as Under The Influence.
Underground punk heroes Wonk Unit bring their 21st Century punk music to fans everywhere. Members Alex Wonk, Tommy, Pwos, Benny, Simon and Ed are a continually touring band, travelling across the UK and Europe, and them embarked on a USA tour in 2015.
Youth Killed It (previously Under The Influence) are a five-piece alternative rock band from Norwich. Dirty Murph, The Ton, Carlito’s Way, B.I.G Ben and Boy Bands unique blend of grime, rock and indie has put something together which to many people is unheard. With Brit Pop-esque lyrical content blended in with huge Hip-Hop drum beats, bass lines that resemble funk/dance and walls of crunchy guitars to top off the serving, you are sure to hear something that will definitely make your ears stand up.
Also on the bill are Vulpes, a four piece grunge/rock band from Norfolk. Formed in November 2015, they have been hard at work in the studio recording their first EP.
The band consists of Will Penney, lead vocals/rhythm guitar; Chris Wright, lead guitar; Sam Drake, bass; and Shaun English, drums.
Vulpes’ influences include Nirvana, Queens of the Stoneage, Soundgarden, Band of Skulls and Royal Blood and were described by BBC Introducing as “having a passion for big rock and roll sound”.
