FAKENHAM FESTIVAL

Fakenham Gin & Beer Festival opens on Friday, 7-11pm) at Fakenham Community Centre and there will be music from Fried Pirates (7-9pm) and Albion Mills (9.15-11pm).

The festival continues on Saturday (11am-11pm) with music from Picaroon & Anto Morra (12.30-2.30pm); Fakenham Ukeleles (3-4pm); Baroness & The Bear (5-6.30pm); Wolfswood (6.45-8.45pm) and Gold Standard 9-11pm). The festival’s final session is on Sunday from 11am-3pm.

WELLS GRANARY THEATRE

A new show celebrating the music and early days of music icon Bob Dylan is at The Granary Theatre in Wells Next the Sea on Saturday at 7.30pm. Positively Fourth Street, performed by Ben Bowden, is a multimedia show that celebrates the early days of Bob Dylan and charts his move from folk protest hero to beat poet. With footage from the time, stories around the songs, as well as the songs themselves, this is a trip back to a time.
