A multitude of local artists will be descending on Reedham Ferry on the Norfolk Broads in September as part of Ferry Fest 2016.

This festival has been running for a while now and is a celebration of the best talent from the area.

Ferry Fest takes place from Friday 9th to Sunday 11th September and features a number of bands that have previously graced the stage at Lynn’s Festival Too, including Saturday headliners Killamonjambo who entertained the crowd during Festival Too’s Lazy Sunday earlier this year.

Other bands performing are this year’s Battle of the Bands runners-up Sacred Nations who did a fine job supporting The Vamps this year, and last year’s winners Morganway who played to a packed Tuesday Market Place supporting Heaven 17. Pirate Joe will be making an appearance as well as local acoustic duo Phoebe & Jay.

On a more sombre note, the event will also be your final chance to see Addison’s Uncle who have decided to call an end to their time together as a band. Having played Festival Too in both 2014 as Battle of the Band winners, and returning in 2015, they’re a very popular band in King’s Lynn and will be missed by many music fans across Norfolk. On their website the band say: “It’s with heavy hearts that we have to announce that after the summer of 2016, we will be parting company as a band and taking an indefinite break from gigging together.”

Tickets for the event are on sale here http://ueatickets.ticketabc.com/events/v1/ferryfest-2016/ and there are a number of options available from single day tickets to full weekend tickets with camping.

The Lynn News has a pair of full weekend tickets with camping, worth £40 each to give away. To be in with a chance of winning, you just need to answer the following question.
