Hundreds of people danced the night away at Great Massingham and raised funds for Macmillan Cancer Support at the same time.
The Macmillan charity ball was held in a marquee outside the village hall on Saturday, August 16.

More than 400 people attended the black-tie event. About 20 volunteers were helping out, a Macmillan spokesman said.

Revellers enjoyed a hog roast buffet and desserts before dancing to band Fresh Funk. The evening's entertainment also included a raffle, magician and caricaturist.

The ball lasted from 7.30pm until 3am and it is hoped more than £3,000 has been raised.
