A surprise party was held at Lynn's Ramada Hotel to say farewell to Nick Ison, of Pandora Books, after his company underwent a recent management buyout.
He was joined by family, friends and colleagues on the big day, which attracted more than 80 guests who helped celebrate his success over 21 years with the firm.

Pandora Books was founded by Nick and his father Mike Ison and has become a leading supplier of book collections to schools.

Cambridge-based equity group Key Capital Partners has financed the buyout and the firm will continue trading from its home in Rollesby Road, on the Hardwick Industrial Estate.

Mr Ison is pictured, in the orange shirt, with, from left, party organiser Georgie Dent, Mike and Gillian Ison (Nick's parents), Nick's wife Fiona and Maxine Tokelove.
