The 40th anniversary celebrations of the Tufty Club took place at Downham Methodist Church.
People from as far away as Norwich attended the event, which was held on Saturday, August 9.

Some of the original former youngsters who attended the toddler group and who now have children of their own who attend the weekly sessions, held at the church on Wednesdays, were among those present.

Downham Mayor and Mayoress John and Joyce Leach were among the guests, the celebrations featuring face painting, fancy dress and an anniversary cake.
