A special get-together was held to celebrate Lynn firm Chas D. Allflatt's 140th year in the building industry.
Coincidentally (or not?) 140 people attended the event on Saturday, July 12, at Lynn Town Hall.
Guests had a sit-down meal and director Roger Allflatt gave a speech.
Mayor of West Norfolk, David Johnson, and leader of West Norfolk Council, Nick Daubney, were among those present.
The firm, based at South Everard Street, had previously won the Mayor's award for Design in the Environment in 2000.
