Busy King's Lynn Minster Christmas calendar with fayre, carols and Christingle service
A busy calendar of free events at King’s Lynn Minster will combine traditional Christmas services with fun festive events to spread the cheer and all members of the community are invited to join in.
If you are looking for some Christmas gifts, come along to the Annual Christmas Fayre at the Minster on Saturday, November 26 at 10am–2pm. Wander around stalls by local businesses and enjoy refreshments at the Minster Café.
The Advent season will begin on Sunday, November 27 at 5pm when the Minster Choir will sing carols.
On Saturday, December 17 at 2pm come along to a Messy Minster craft session, exploring the nativity story and creating Christmas decorations. There will be warm drinks and mince pies to enjoy. After the crafts, outside the church will be Christmas Carols and Lights switch on at 3.30pm.
The town carol service will take place on Sunday, December 18 at 5pm and all are warmly invited to attend.
The popular Christingle services will take place on Wednesday, December 21 at 6pm and on Saturday, December 24, at 2pm and at 4pm. The Midnight Mass on December 24 will begin at 11.30pm.
On Christmas Day, at 8.30am there will be Holy Communion in the Chancel. A Christmas Day Family Eucharist will take place at 10am.
