Downham Market Mother of four went on BBC Radio Norfolk to talk about the trials of lockdown learning




Downham Mum Amber Goss,27, who is a trainee psychotherapist, EFT Therapy certified and ambassador for parent charity 'Get me out the four walls' is a mother of four and stepmother of two.

She went on BBC Radio Norfolk this morning to talk about the trails of lockdown learning in her busy household.

Amber spoke to the Lynn News: "It can be tough sometimes because my children are all in different age groups.

"There is Harry, nine, Lola Rose, seven, Marvel, two and Gracie Bella, one.

"As you can imagine it gets pretty hectic."

Amber's Stepchildren,Elsie, Seven and Colby,6 who shares with partner Jay Hansell,30 also a part of the household.

Keeping all of the devices charged for home schooling can be a challenge, as well as the pressures of looking after a baby and a toddler.

Amber hardly gets any time to herself but still makes her mental health a priority.

Amber said: "There is a lot of pressure on parents at this time but I would like to send the message to others going through the same

not to get too stressed and take the time to look after your mental wellbeing, it's hard to juggle work commitments and home

schooling and we are all doing the best we can at the moment."

Amber is currently using her mental health background to launch a mental health blog or column for mums which ranges from all motherhood related topics, including; pregnancy and birth,

parenting tips and how to cope with being a mum.
