An interesting photograph of the clock tower at Wolferton Station circa 1958.
The clock face and movement have been removed for repair.
This grand mock Tudor style station in a quiet village was built for the Royal Family and guests who stayed at Sandringham House although it was a busy and popular station for local residents.
The line to Hunstanton open in 1862 was closed by British Rail in May 1969.
