West Norfolk Artists Association collaborate with King's Lynn Purfleet Brasserie restaurant for regular exhibitions in hopes for new town 'art quarter'
West Norfolk Artists Association have begun a new collaboration with Lynn's Purfleet Brasserie and will be staging regular exhibitions of their members' art there at the restaurant.
Situated next door to the established Groundwork Gallery and across the road from the new exhibition space at the Customs House, the hope is that Purfleet Brasserie, Groundwork Gallery, the Customs House and the Fermoy Gallery will become part of an established art trail in the town.
Norfolk artist Lesley Williams said: "The current exhibition features work by myself and Izzy Wingham and we will be staging a celebratory event on Tuesday, September 13 from 7-9pm to mark the beginning of the collaboration between WNAA and the Brasserie.
"The Brasserie is open every day from 12 midday.
"This is an exciting development for the arts in King's Lynn."
