May 2003: Independent Lynn opticians Wigram and Ware expanded its operation by opening a new practice in Jubilee Court, off Hunstanton Road, in Dersingham.

May 2008: Customers at the Lattice House, in Lynn’s Chapel Street, took part in a wine-tasting event – and there were high hopes it would be a record-breaker.
The Lattice was one of 680 JD Wetherspoon pubs up and down the country taking part in its “largest wine-tasting event”.

May 2009: Terrington St Clement’s Co-op store presented £500 to the village pre-school – thanks to the hard work of staff. Anglia Co-operative had been running a membership incentive for its stores, encouraging staff to get customers to join the Co-operative and sign-up to a new card.
Terrington was one of the four most successful stores in the region and in this photo representatives Petula Cooper and Alan Rowe present the cheque to the pre-school.

May 2009: Celebrity hairdresser Terry Longden (centre) paid a visit to Boldero and Filby in St James’ Street, Lynn, to pass on expert colour advice.
Longden, a nephew of X-Factor judge Sharon Osbourne, spent a day with staff at the hair and beauty salon in his role as a colour technician for professional salon brand Matrix. Also shown with the staff were co-owners Caroline Fellows (front left) and Terry Boldero (back).

May 2012: North Lynn firm Bespak donated a whopping £10,000 to the British Lung Foundation, its chosen charity for the year.
