Outstanding Ofsted grading for Swaffham Pre-School in September 2013

There was delight all round after the pre-school jumped from a ‘good’ to ‘outstanding’ rating following the Ofsted inspection.

The education watchdog heaped praise on the Brandon Road setting, saying the quality of teaching was “exceptional” and the children were “extremely happy”.

Tina Grinsell said the pre-school was proud to be the first early years setting in Norfolk to be rated as outstanding since new Ofsted guidelines came into force. She praised the staff and committee and thanked Tracey McCarthy for her help and support.
