This week’s featured animal in need of a home is Oscar.

Staff at the West Norfolk RSPCA Eau Brink rehoming centre said: “Little cutie Oscar is an eight-month-old French bulldog-cross, who sadly has not had the best of starts. This has left him a little apprehensive when meeting new people.

“However, once he gets to know you he’s a real sweetheart and a bit of a cheeky chappie.

“Although OK out on walks with other dogs he would prefer to be the only pet in a quiet adult-only home with someone who has the experience to help build his confidence and understands his need for space and privacy.

“They should also be prepared to make several visits to gain his trust prior to taking home.

“Whilst waiting for his new home Oscar is helping centre manager, Penny Jackson-Smith to prepare for the Tough Mudder obstacle course challenge she is taking part in to raise funds for the centre.

“Anyone wishing to support Penny can make a donation by visiting her Just Giving page.”
