Paws for Thought: May 18, 2018
This week's pet in need of a home is Boomer.
Staff at West Norfolk RSPCA's Eau Brink rehoming centre say: "Beautiful Boomer is a fabulous brindle Staffie girl, approximately eight years old.
"She has found herself in kennels due to very sad circumstances following the death of her owner. We would love to see this gorgeous girl back in a loving home as soon as possible.
"Boomer has found kennel life overwhelming but is now settling down nicely. Boomer is very quiet and shy in her kennel but comes alive when out on a walk, so we believe that she will be a much more outgoing and confident girl once she has settled into her new home.
"She is a lovely chunky girl with a fabulous smile and we have all fallen in love with her. She has been used to living with a single male owner and she certainly seems very comfortable around men.
"She would probably prefer a home where she would have human company throughout the day, as she seems to like knowing that someone is close by. She will also really enjoy getting out and about for walks as she really perks up when walking.
"Boomer would need a nice secure garden for pottering about in, and enough room for a game of ball for when she is ready to start playing again. Hopefully, Boomer will be back in a loving home very soon."
