Lynn Stars speedway centre fun in 2011

In our weekly Memory Lane Schooldays column we look back at summer holiday fun 12 years ago...
A group of 15 primary school pupils, most aged 10 and 11, took part in a week-long, fun-packed summer challenge at Lynn’s Speedway Stars Study Centre in August 2011.
They visited Lynn Museum and then took part in an Apprentice-style challenge to design advertising posters – and the one shown here on the screen was by Nathan Leman.
The children also recorded a radio show which was broadcast on KL.FM, went on a photographic challenge around the town, made their own healthy smoothies and later toured the Linnets football ground which was followed by some football coaching.
