Dersingham Super Kid plus Fakenham camel racing in this week's nostalgia

2004: Ten-year-old Kurtis Green, pictured here with borough Mayor Michael Langwade, was crowned West Norfolk’s Super Kid 2003 at a prestigious ceremony held at Lynn Town Hall. Kurtis, from Dersingham, was nominated for his outstanding community spirit. MLNF-0404433

2002: A simple ceremony at Heacham War Memorial marked the final chapter of the Royal British Legion Heacham branch Women’s Section after more than 70 years. 2004: Weeks of hard work paid off for young people taking part in the Norfolk Fire Service’s Prince’s Trust Team programme. They all received certificates at Lynn Town Hall and from left are Emma Wright, Davis Asker, Matthew Laccohee-Duffield, Leanne Todd, George Bernard, Marco Knip, Lee May, Liam Worby, Jamie Greenwood and Stephen Graves.
