A blooming great competition in Hunstanton

Hunstanton in Bloom has a summer competition with 10 £25 prizes for the judge’s favourite budding entrants.

All entries, including a name and contact telephone number need to be sent by Sunday, September 5, to the mayor of Hunstanton at cllr.winnington@hunstantontowncouncil.gov.uk

There are different categories including tallest sunflower - entrants can submit a photo with a measure beside it. The sunflower must be growing somewhere in Hunstanton.

Artists are encouraged to paint summer flowers, in the Esplanade Gardens or at home. The winning picture will be offered a place in the Town Hall art exhibition in 2022. To enter, send details to Christine Earnshaw at 2chrisearnshaw@gmail.com

Young and old entrants are invited to take a photo of a fairy or dinosaur garden - pictures of the creations should be sent to the Mayor.
