King’s Lynn marketing agency scoops international award

Staff at a King’s Lynn marketing agency have extra reason to pop champagne this Christmas after landing an international award.

Maze was recognised by industry experts for its ongoing efforts to produce Influx on behalf of one of its clients, insurance broker Adrian Flux, and collected a bronze award in the best content platform category.

The multimedia motoring magazine was honoured at the 2021 International Content Marketing Awards and staff are delighted that their efforts have been recognised.

“In the past we have often been guilty of taking the great work we do for granted,” said partner David Wilson.

“One of the main reasons that we make a point of entering awards is to remind ourselves that our content marketing is right up there with the very best being made anywhere in the world. Getting three shortlisted entries at this year’s CMA Awards was a big deal in my eyes already so to win one is absolutely fantastic news.

“We are proud to have worked on Influx since its inception as a customer magazine to its current guise as a film-led content hub rich with great articles and images.

"It's a genuine honour to have received such recognition, again, from the industry for our part in making it one of the go-to places online to enjoy motoring content.”

A number of objectives being met throughout the year, including increasing online web traffic organically, impressed judges in choosing the entry as an award winner from a pool of 10 nominated pieces of work.

The success has been a cause of celebration for a number of Maze’s sister agencies – all part of the Maze Group – who are involved in driving Influx forward, especially WXVE.

It specialises in creating short cinematic productions for brands, people and storytellers and produces film content for each magazine edition.

Two other Clever Creative Campaigns, one with seed technology specialists Germains, also made the shortlist for categories at the high-profile industry event.
