A47 at standstill between King’s Lynn and Wisbech after Tilney All Saints crash

The A47 has been at a standstill this morning following a single-vehicle crash.

Police were called to the main road at Tilney All Saints at 7.30am following the collision, and closed off the carriageway in the Lynn-bound direction.

The Worzals roundabout near Wisbech was also shut off, as was the Terrington St John slip road. All three of these have since reopened.

However, the westbound lane at the roundabout where the crash happened remains closed.

Drivers have faced significant delays since the incident. The AA Traffic monitor is still reporting that those in the area are being slowed down by around nine minutes.
