Minor day out is a great success
Sunshine helped make the annual West Norfolk Morris Minor Club Rally at Sandringham one of the best ever.
Organisers were thrilled with the turn out, with 48 Morris Minors turning out on Sunday along with a selection of other classics including a Ford Cortina, a Triumph TR250 and a Sunbeam Rapier.
The event, which gives Morris Minor owners a chance to get together and talk with like minded people, also helped raise money for charity.
This year, for the sixth year running, the rally was supporting the East Anglian Air Ambulance and raised £246.20.
Wendy Horne, the club's treasurer and event organiser, said: "It was a great day, we had one of the biggest turn outs we have had for at least the last 10 years.
"We are only a small club so we rely on 'outsiders' to help make the event successful and the sunshine helped encourage more to come along.
"It was also the RSPCA dog walk taking place and a lot of the people taking part in that came across to have a look and a chat about the cars, which was nice."
