Annual RNLI Golf Day raises £31,000 for Old Hunstanton Lifeboat Station

More than 120 competitors took part in the 10th annual RNLI Golf Day in Old Hunstanton and raised £31,000 for the village lifeboat station.

The winners were local players Derrick Lloyd, David Caplan, Nick Pull and William Barber with a total of 91 Stableford points.

David West, on behalf of the Fundraising Guild, thanked everyone for taking part and said: “In what has been a difficult fiscal year for many we would like to thank all our local sponsors and businesses for their generosity.

“The RNLI are very grateful for your continued support. We are hugely indebted to the members and staff of Hunstanton Golf Club who donate the course and make the day such a success.”
