Villagers in North Wootton who have become concerned about ducks crossing the road with traffic not slowing down have come up with a plan.

Stickers and posters have been distributed for parishioners to place on their wheelie bins showing a warning that ducks cross the road and that motorists need to be more aware.

A couple of ducklings and a mother duck were sadly run over which has been upsetting for the local children to see.
