Police have today issued CCTV images of two men they want to question in connection with a series of distraction thefts at shops and restaurants across Norfolk.
Businesses in Fakenham are among the businesses that have been targeted in at least 10 incidents that have been recorded since last December.
A Norfolk Police spokesman said supermarkets, newsagents and fast food restaurants have been targeted in the thefts, the latest of which happened last Saturday, August 15.
She added that, in each case, attempts were made to confuse cashiers into handing over large quantities of change while items were being paid for.
Businesses in Holt and Norwich have also been targeted.
Anyone who has information about any of the incidents is asked to contact PC Benjamin Francis, at Earlham police station, on 101.
