Sutton Bridge residents launch fundraising appeal to help family of man who died following Cenetary Way crash




Fundraising appeals have been launched to support the family of a man who died following a collision last week.

A 40-year-old man died on Friday was pronounced dead at the scene of a collision between a Vauxhall Meriva and a lorry in Centenary Way, Sutton Bridge, on Friday.

The man has been named locally as Andrius Toliunas, of Sutton Bridge, was driving the Meriva.

Two Go Fund Me campaigns have been launched to help support Mr Toliunas’ wife and young son.

At the time of going to press one had raised £1,885 while the other has £465.

Centenary Way had been closed for several hours while police conducted their inquiries.

A police statement said: “We are appealing for any witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage to contact us on 101.”
