The Wash Art Group showcases artwork at Brancaster Staithe village hall




Eleven artists’ work was displayed in Brancaster Staithe’s village hall last weekend as part of an exhibition.

Each artist showcased around six to eight pieces of work, varying from flowers to portraits.

The artwork was by members of the Wash Art Group.

Secretary of the group Julian Bull said: “We sold 10 pieces of art and we’re very pleased how the exhibition went.”

A total of around 70 people passed through the exhibition across the weekend, and Julian said he wished more people had come to see the artwork.
