Barking Bugle holds bucket collection at Hunstanton Tesco for PACT Animal Sanctuary

The Barking Bugle, an online newspaper about dogs, held a bucket collection at Tesco in Hunstanton on Saturday to raise cash for for PACT Animal Sanctuary.

A total of £60 was raised and a trolley laden with food and toys was also donated.

A spokesman said: “We were amazed by the total amount that we received. We always like to help out all the animals at PACT Animal Sanctuary, particularly at this time of the year.

“Our huge thanks go to all the incredibly generous shoppers who helped us raise this tremendous total, to all our helpers on the day, and in particular to Tesco without whose help and co-operation this event would not have taken place.

“Thank you so much, everyone, this really does make a difference and to coin a well-known phrase, ‘every little bit helps’!”
