King's Lynn-based Bespak donate £19k to cancer charity




Staff at Lynn-based Bespak have donated their time, energy and creativity to raise £19,483 for Norfolk and Waveney cancer charity, Big C.

The leading developer and manufacturer of complex medical devices named Big C as their chosen charity for 2017/18 following an employees’ vote.

Some of the fundraising activities taken on by staff included the Big C Steeplechase, Big C Sky Dive, Channel to Mediterranean Cycle Ride, a £50 challenge and Wear It Pink Day.

Bespak Managing Director, Keyvan Djamarani said: “We have very much enjoyed working with Big C and would like to wish them the best of luck in all future fundraising initiatives.

“Raising the profile and awareness of what Big C does and can offer has been, and will continue to be, hugely beneficial to our employees.”

Big C chief executive Chris Bushby said “We are incredibly grateful to the team at Bespak for all their hard work and support over the past year.

“The funds they have raised will significantly benefit the lives of those local people affected by cancer.”
