Two boys in Downham Market arrested in connection with antisocial behaviour

Two boys have been arrested in connection with some antisocial behaviour in Downham.
The arrests were made after an incident in town centre on Tuesday.
Both were taken to Lynn’s Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
One was charged with two counts of causing harassment, alarm and distress and has been bailed with strict conditions until his appearance at Lynn Youth Court on November 8.
The other has been bailed pending further enquiries, with strict conditions, until January.
The boys cannot be named as they are under 18.
