Bring your teddies and Cycle Together, say Sandringham ride organisers

Officials behind a popular fundraising cycle ride are encouraging families to bring their teddies with them to this year's event.

That's because organisers of Cycle Together Sandringham will be holding a teddybears' picnic alongside the main event on July 15.

The event, now in its sixth year, raises funds for the Park House Hotel's work to provide respite breaks for disabled people and their carers.

And hotel manager Tess Gilder, pictured here with her teddy Maureen, hopes families will take part in the shorter 10 and 25 mile routes before attending the picnic in the hotel's grounds.

Entries are just £5 per child, and £10 for adults on the 10 mile ride or £15 per adult on the 25 mile ride and are open now via www.leonardcheshire.org/cycletogether.
