Building fire battled in North Lynn

Fire crews were called to tackle a fire in North Lynn last night.

The blaze happened at a house in Alice Fisher Crescent at about 11.33pm.

Two appliances from Kings Lynn North, as well as one from Kings Lynn South, attended the scene and used breathing apparatus and hose reel jets to extinguish the fire, and a thermal imaging camera to check for hot spots.

The blaze was under control by 12.05am this morning.

A spokesperson for Norfolk Fire and Rescue said two people suffered from smoke inhalation, and an ambulance was present, but their current condition is unknown.
