Residents across a large part of West Norfolk are experiencing problems with their water supply this afternoon.

Anglian Water says it is working to fix a burst main, but says customers may have low pressure or no water at all for several more hours.

The company's online mapping service suggests the fault is with a main in the town itself.

However, it appears the disruption caused by the problem stretches from Walpole St Andrew on the western edge of the borough across to West Bilney, as well as north to south from the Woottons to Setch.

The company said: "Supplies should be restored by 8pm today but we'll update this message if anything changes.

"We're really sorry we've inconvenienced you and thanks for your patience."
